The aim of this course is to take participants on a systematic journey through the seven principles of HACCP to identify, and evaluate significant food safety hazards, and to identify the appropriate controls for these hazards in their juice products. HACCP is an acronym that stands for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point. HACCP is a systematic method that can be applied to many segments of the food industry. But this self-paced international hassup alliance course is designed for producers of 100% juice and is presented in the context of the Juice HACCP regulation 21 CFR 120

YOU SHOULD ATTEND IF YOU ARE:

  • Planning to implement a 21 CFR 120 compliant HACCP plan
  • Wishing to serve as a HACCP team leader in a facility that produces 100% juice products
  • You wish to receive GFSI compliant HACCP training
  • You are already involved with the development, support or implementation of a Juice HACCP Plan
  • New to your roles at locations where a 21 CFR 120-compliant food safety plan will be developed and implemented, and would also like to gain a deeper understanding of the principles of the preventive controls rule.
