Lincoln University is partnering with The Food Safety Doctor LLC, and Missouri Enterprises to provide this training. Cindy Borgwordt, a research specialist with Lincoln University Cooperative Research, received a$650,000 three-year grant from the USDA’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture to provide food safety courses and on-farm workshops, develop guidebooks and produce on-demand webinars for Missourians who work in food production and the food supply-chain.
